CANCELLATION POLICY

The card you put on file WILL NOT be charged unless you are a no-call no-show, or unless you do not adhere to the cancellation policy. Payment will be due at the time of service. Last minute cancellations are described as- less than 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Any time after the 48 hour mark of the scheduled appointment will be deemed as last minute cancellation and may result in full payment of services booked, being held responsible by the client. The initial appointment time is still being lost and will likely result in loss of time, income, and potential clients. Enforcing this policy helps protect me as a small business owner.
